Eating Pizza at Chuck E Cheese

One Day while we were in Washington we went to Chuck E Cheese because James had been begging since we went for Ben's birthday. While we were there Uncle Garth, as well as my two little ones had a blast. All three boys couldn't get enough Pizza. I'm not sure I have ever seen either of my boys eat so much. They each downed 2 whole pieces. That's how much I ate! But Ben takes the cake for his attempts at shoving the whole piece in his mouth. I only had a very little room left on my memory card, but I got just a few seconds of him shoveling the pizza into his mouth. He is such a cutie pie!

New Milestones

James has been doing somersaults with a little help to get his feet over his head for almost a year, but while we were visiting Grandma Julie, in Richland, James learned to do them all by himself. I was so impressed I made him do it again so I could get it on video.

Hair Cuts

While we were Visiting Grandma Julie in Washington we took Ben and James for hair cuts, it was Ben's first hair cut. On our trip here there was not a single person that recognized that Ben was a boy, not a girl. It was time to cut the curls and make my baby into a little boy! Here is his before picture.
During the hair cut we used movies, balloons, and suckers to keep him happy and allow us to cut without screaming and wiggles. By the time we were done there was so much hair stuck to the sticky sucker on his face, hands and the candy! But all the work was worth it because the hair cut turned out great--look at my beautiful boy!

James on the other hand, sat like a trooper. Of course he never sits that still for me, but here you would have thought he was 10, because of how good he sat for the girls. I asked her to make it short, and she sure made it short! I usually leave it a little longer, but at least he will be nice and cool when we go back home to Vegas!

All in all they were good kids and looked great when we left. They loved it because we treated them to hamburgers and french fries, not to mention helium balloons! So, boys and Mom left with smiles on their faces.

Playing with Cousins

One day we met Cassy and her girls to go feed the ducks at the duck pond. The ducks were huge. We went through a whole loaf of bread in 10 minutes or less. Ben just watched as the ducks weren't patient enough to let him feed them at his own pace.

After feeding the ducks we played at the playground of dreams, we played there for almost 2 hours before leaving.

Another day we spent playing in Aunt Cassy's yard, running through the sprinklers and throwing water balloons.

At times I watch Ben play with toys and realize that he is still just my big little baby!

James seems to always find the bat when we play at Aunt Cassy's
